Return and Refund Policy

At Radiant Rose Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return your merchandise, we offer the option of a refund, replacement, or exchange for any item(s) within 30 days from the delivery date, subject to the terms outlined below.

To return an item, please follow these instructions:

• Protection for Your Return: For your protection, we recommend that you insure the package for the full amount of the items being returned, including the shipping charges. Radiant Rose Jewelry is not responsible for any items lost or damaged while in transit back to us.

• Items Over $500: You must ship your return via US Postal Service Registered Mail (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500).

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a full refund, exchange, or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

• Unworn and Undamaged: The item(s) must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition. Items should not show signs of wear, scratches, or marks.
• Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original boxes along with any original certificates (where applicable).
• Loose Diamonds: Loose diamonds are subject to a 3-day return policy from the delivery date. Any returns of loose diamonds after this period will not be accepted.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are non-refundable or non-returnable:

• Worn, Damaged, or Altered Items: Any items that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way (including resizing, engraving, or repairs made by anyone other than Radiant Rose Jewelry) will not be accepted for return.
• Custom Orders: Special orders, such as custom mountings or pieces not specifically shown on our website, are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
• Original Shipping Charges: All original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Refund Processing

• Refund Method:
• If you paid by credit card, your refund will be processed to the same card used for the original purchase.
• Refund Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for processing after we have received and inspected your returned item(s).

5. Missing Original Diamond Certificates

If the item you are returning has an original diamond certificate (where applicable), you must include it with your return package. If the certificate(s) are missing, a fee of $200 per certificate will be charged, with no exceptions.

6. Return Shipping Costs

• All return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer.
• We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for the total amount you paid, as we are not responsible for returns that do not reach us or are damaged in transit.

7. Special Order Disclaimer

• Custom Jewelry: Jewelry that has been specially requested or customized for you is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This includes pieces that are not specifically listed on our website but are custom-designed according to your request.

8. Product Appearance

We make every effort to represent our products accurately on our website, but please keep in mind that product colors and details may vary depending on your monitor settings. We cannot guarantee that the product you see on your screen will appear exactly the same in person.

Warranty Policy

To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a warranty on all of our products. By purchasing from Radiant Rose Jewelry, you agree to the terms of this Warranty Policy.

1. Manufacturer's Warranty

All products purchased from Radiant Rose Jewelry are covered by a 3-month manufacturer's warranty. This warranty guarantees that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal wear conditions.

• Coverage: Our warranty covers defective parts experienced under normal wear and tear, and the labor required to repair or replace the defective item.
• Warranty Validity: This warranty is valid only at Radiant Rose Jewelry. Warranty service performed by a third party or any unauthorized repair service will void the warranty.
• Exclusions: This warranty excludes any incidental or consequential damages for breach of warranty, whether written or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Limitation of Liability: Radiant Rose Jewelry disclaims any liability for consequential or accidental damages. This limitation may not apply to you if prohibited by applicable state laws, as some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages.
• Territorial Limitations: The warranty is valid only in the United States.

2. Ring Sizing

We offer free resizing on rings purchased from Radiant Rose Jewelry for up to 1 month after purchase. After 1 month, a nominal fee will apply for resizing.

• Shipping Charges: You are responsible for shipping charges when sending your item to us for resizing.
• Resizing Time: The resizing process will take approximately 2-7 business days.
• Eternity Rings: Please note that eternity rings cannot be resized. Incorrectly ordered eternity rings, especially those with the wrong size, do not fall under our warranty.

3. Stone Replacement

We will replace a missing diamond or gemstone on eligible jewelry for up to 3 months after purchase, free of charge. However, this warranty excludes any jewelry that has lost a diamond or gemstone with a total weight of 0.12 carat or larger.

4. Jewelry Not Covered Under Warranty

Our 3-month warranty only covers manufacturer defects. The following are not covered under our warranty:

• General Wear and Tear: Scratches, dents, nicks, or missing stones due to regular use.
• Water Damage: Although our jewelry is resistant to moisture, water damage is not covered.
• Fading or Chipping: Fading, chipping, or damage to the material, which is highly dependent on how the product is handled.
• Lost or Stolen Parts: Any missing parts due to loss or theft.
• Misuse or Negligence: Damage caused by personal misuse or neglect.
• Accidental Damage: Damage to the jewelry while in the possession of the consumer that is not caused by defects in material or workmanship.

5. Returning Items for Warranty Service

• No Reference on Package: Do not reference the word "jewelry" or describe the contents on the outside of the package.
• Include Original Invoice: You must include a copy of the original invoice with the item being returned or repaired.
